A maximum of two pets per apartment home are permitted.
Service animals are welcome.
Pets shall not exceed the restricted weight limit: 40 pounds.
Exotic pets, such as rabbits, ferrets, snakes, gerbils, hamsters, rats, mice, chinchillas, or large birds, are not permitted in the community.
Under no conditions will an animal be permitted in the pool or pool area. At no time will an animal be staked or tied outside the apartment. This includes the patio, balcony or any other common area.
Prior to move-in:
A pet addendum to the lease must be signed.
$10 per month per pet rent will be charged (2 pets max per apartment).
A copy of veterinary records, active City of Houston license and proof of current immunizations must be provided.
Pet deposit and fees according to the schedule below must be received by the management staff:
1 - 25 lbs. $400 deposit ($200 non-refundable)
25 - 40 lbs. $500 deposit ($250 non-refundable)
Aquariums up to 20 gallons are allowed without a pet deposit. Aquariums over 20 gallons must provide a pet deposit and provide proof of renter's insurance.
Dog policies:
Dogs must be at least one year old.
The following breeds are not allowed in the community: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman or Chow.
